Using Sijital
You must be authorised by the organisation or service partner whose workspace you use. Give accurate information, keep your sign-in details private, use multi-factor authentication when required and tell Cyberstream promptly if access may be compromised.
Records and decisions
The customer remains responsible for the accuracy, legality and retention of the material it supplies. Sijital organises records and work; it does not replace legal, regulatory or professional advice.
Users must check official requirements and leave approvals, submissions and compliance decisions to the responsible people. A status shown by Sijital is workflow guidance, not certification from a regulator.
Service partners
Service partners are independent organisations. A customer decides whether to appoint a partner and which documents to share for a job. Sijital records the handoff and result but does not guarantee an official decision, processing time or partner outcome unless a signed agreement expressly says otherwise.
Acceptable use
Do not upload unlawful or harmful content, try to enter another organisation's workspace, bypass service limits, test security without written approval, impersonate another person, or use Sijital to make an automated decision that needs human or official authority. We may suspend access to contain misuse or protect the service.
Availability and changes
Features may change as workflows are improved. Planned maintenance and reasonable service limits may apply. Cyberstream will use reasonable care to protect availability and recover data. A signed customer agreement defines support hours, service commitments, exit steps and any commercial remedy.
Ownership and confidentiality
Customers keep their rights in their records. Cyberstream keeps its rights in Sijital, its design, software and documentation. Each party must protect confidential information received through the service and use it only for the agreed purpose.
Agreement and contact
Payment, warranties, liability, governing law, notices and termination are defined in the signed customer agreement. External customer work should not begin until the agreement, data-processing terms and exit plan are approved. Questions can be sent to hello@sijital.com.
